Blocks are consecutive parts of a design, which can be modified separately.

Creation of blocks

Whenever a stitch data design is opened for the first time, it is one single block. This block can be split into several ones by different functions. The easiest method is the cutting at one specific stitch. This stitch has to be selected with the cursor and then the divide-button in the popup-menu has to be pressed. The block is divided in two blocks, one before and one behind the selected cutting position.

With the function AutomaticallyU0.U9Z in the menu Block blocks can be created at any machine function or at long stitches.

All blocks of a design can be viewed and selected with the function Selectionl32ZWMOL in the Block-Menu.

Linking blocks

The linking of successive blocks is done by deleting the divide-marker. Is the cursor set directly to a cutting position, the divide-button in the popup-menu and the toolbar is displayed as to be pressed. Another click to that button deletes the divide-marker, so that the blocks are joined together again.

As an alternative several blocks which have not to be consecutive can be united to one group1XW5TD1. This group can be worked with a lot of functions, but the order of embroidery does not change.

Working with blocks

Blocks can be treated with a lot of functions. In the module mode2AHF_GA blocks can be modified with the stretch and rotate-box, that is modes, enlarged, reduced, rotated and slanted. Blocks can also be copied9.T.N9 and insertedDAQDZW, even with the 3-point-methodG.W038.

All functions of the block-menueBlock also describe modification methods for blocks
