Positioning the text modules
A text module consists of several letters, words or lines, which are input sequentially without setting the insertion mark to a new position.
These text modules can be modified in the module mode2AHF_GA
There you can move, enlarge, reduce, rotate, mirror and slant the modules easily and create borders around them. With a double click it is possible to switch between monogramming and module mode.
So if you want to insert a lettering into a stitch data design or a border, there is no need to define all the parameter for size, slanting etc. in the monogram mode. You can simply write the text in the correct font and make the positioning and the adjustment of the size in the module mode.
If you want to modify single letters from a text module separately, for example move them, you can dissolve the module into single characters.-This is done in the module mode with the function break group5XZ1.C8 in the block-menu or in the film strip32ZWMOL.
Caution:
The single character-modules can be grouped together to one module with the group-function1XW5TD1 and can be moved together, for example But they can never be used in the monogram mode. So it is impossible to change the parameter of the grouped module or to add new letters. A breaking of a group i.e. a text module should therefore be always the last step of modification.
