The distance adjustment function is made for changing the distance of stitch data design, respectively changing the size of a design without altering the distance. From the current stitch data new stitches are calculated directly. In contrast the coordinate processor3.X8C2P calculates reference data first and then the stitches.

The distance adjustment can be activated at two points of the software. For altering the distance, stepplength or -rhythm or the stepplength of running lines the window below is opened from the Edit-Menu. But if you just want to change the size of a block or the whole design without altering the distance, this is done in the module-mode2AHF_GA in the parameter-box0FKBYC by clicking on the switch with automatic distance adjustment.
