One sided irregular
This edge type also creates a zigzag stitch, but here the stitches are randomly shortened on the side opposite to the starting point , this produces a “jagged” effect.
There are two ways of defining in the edit box the amount by which the stitch lines are shortened (i.e. the variation in length). One is to define this as an absolute value in 1/10 mm units.
The other is to define the minimum stitch length in terms of a percentage of the original length. In this case a % sign must be input. For example if 60% is input this means that 60% of the original length is the minimum stitch length, the stitch lines can therefore be shorted by a maximum of 40%.
