Regular division
For regular division, the stitch length must be input into the edit box at the side. Every line of stitches is then divided into stitches of the same size, which is approximately the stitch length defined. The stitch lines run parallel to one another.
Should the line of stitches get appreciably longer or shorter, then the number of stitches changes, so that a kind of jump occurs within the design. This type of division is therefore only for areas which have a similar width. A type of step stitch effect is produced, but the stitch lines run parallel to the edge.
