This function opens the dialog box containing the grid settings.

Using this dialog box the user is able to define the horizontal and vertical spacing in millimeters of the dots making up the grid.

In addition the points can be displayed either as dots or small crosses. The grid must of course be activated in order for the settings to be of use.
